SAKUSATO (also known as: "3OCLOCK") is the unknown pairing between Satori Komeiji and Sakuya Izayoi, both from the Touhou Project.

Satori Komeiji (古明地　さとり Komeiji Satori) is a Satori
capable of reading minds and is mistress of the Palace of the Earth Spirits after the
underground city was separated from Hell. She manages the ruins of the
Hell of Blazing Fires where her home stands and also manages the youkai and
vengeful spirits of the underground. She first appeared as the Stage 4
boss of Subterranean Animism and is also a
starring character in Foul Detective Satori.

Sakuya Izayoi (十六夜　咲夜 Izayoi Sakuya) is the chief maid and only human
of the Scarlet Devil Mansion who is capable of stopping time
and also specializes in throwing knifes. Sakuya first appeared as
the Stage 5 boss of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and has been a playable character
in multiple games since Perfect Cherry Blossom.

3oClock is a pairing not so well known among most Touhou fans. It was popularized by user "amalgamation687" on Twitter (now called X.) though some earlier artworks have resurfaced online, all from Pixiv:

Most of these artworks are found during 2009, Sakusato artworks are now almost impossible to find; until Twitter user "amalgamation687" suddenly started creating multiple illustrations with varying situations which all seemed to share the same subjects: Satori Komeiji and Sakuya Izayoi interacting with eachother romantically. They have received mostly positive feedback, although some people have shown disdain to it due to being "nonsensical" for it is a "rarepair" a pairing which characters are paired despite having little to no interactions.

I managed to get into contact with amalgamation687, who I'll refer to with Mike, and asked him a few questions:

Why did you ship this in the first place?
- "i shipped it because of [Rowan] in the first place |:-3 but i grew to like it for what it is on its own eventually."
How do you feel about the people opposed to it?
- "they really just irritate me Lol! if you hate it, don't need to say it |:-L"
How do you deal with them?
- "argue about why i like it or just block and move on Lol. can't spend too much time on a couple of dorks talking about why it "doesn't make sense"
